Mynt a developing start up with focus on digitising and empowering its users in the African country
Uganda. A start up currently in its development phase that is creating a game changing neo bank
platform to compete with the existing mobile money networks.
A full suite of services were required by Mynt ranging from Brand identity creation, website design and development and UI/UX for their mobile applications.
Mynt was the first neo bank in the country and its brand need to reflect freshness along with visuals to identify it as a financial provider. The logo, colours, typography and supporting elements all need to be bold yet subtle that would allow its users to engage.
With Mynt being mobile focused the website was to be kept simple and used to display its product suite along with simply provide and about the business information.
A similar theme from the start ups brand around simplicity and being bold was carried on across the website.
UX studies were carried out following the HCD methodology to keep the user at front. The Joy Labs team spent over 3 months in the process with research, user interviews, wireframing, prototyping, usability studies and finally being part of the development process of the mobile applications.
